At Ride With Gears, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items

• Damaged items caused by misuse
• Clearance or final sale items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
